The 9041 is a Transmission Level and Return Loss Measuring Set for testing of Through and Terminal Balance in telephone offices. The 9041 measures transmission level, receive frequency response, echo return loss and singing return loss on 4-wire or 2-wire, 600 ohm or 900 ohm circuits. The unit is battery powered. automatic re-charging occurrs when unit is connected to line power.
