The 6407 combines in one instrument a broadband, high resolution signal source and a precision, two-channel scalar network analyzer. The 6407 makes use of thin-film microelectronics technology and microprocessor enhancements to simplify and improve the accuracy of transmission, return loss, and absolute power measurements. A resident microprocessor adds operating convenience, error correction, and the drive for hard copy output of test data.
