The Com-Power SG 168 Surge Generator was designed for applying high voltage surges to equipment connected to the telephone line.
The SG-168 Surge Generator simulates lightning and other transients occuring on power or telephone lines.
The SG168 allows the surge type and polarity to be changed by using the selection switches located on the front panel. The front panel has a LCD diplay that shows the surge voltage being injected into the EUT.
