Front-end features including 1 GHz bandwidth, sensitivity from 10 mV to 100 V full scale, selection of 50 ohm or 1 Megohm impedance, and support for Tektronix active or passive probes create a high-performance acquisition system suitable for detailed characterization of electronic phenomena. In addition, auto-advance waveform acquisition with time-stamping captures a rapid sequence of transient events for individual or statistical analysis. High Density Multi-channel Acquisition The modular VXI format and superior acquisition performance of the TVS 600 Series deliver high channel density and low cost-per-channel for high-speed data acquisition systems. External clock, trigger, and fiducial (timing mark) inputs allow users to tightly synchronize acquisition across multiple TVS 600 modules.
