Description
The 54121A is a 20 GHz Four Channel Test Set for use with the 54120B mainframe. The 54121A provides: Bandwidth: dc to 20 GHz; 4 input channels; 1 mV/div to 80 mV/div; 17.5 ps risetime; Maximum input voltage: ±2 Vdc + peak; +16 dB ac; 3.5 mm(m) input connectors; 50 ohm input impedance.
