Environmental Policy

National Test Equipment is committed to conducting business in a manner that is environmentally responsible. In order to accomplish this we do the following:

Conflict Minerals

In compliance with section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (July 2010), it is National Test Equipment policy to work only with suppliers who do not use "conflict minerals" such as those mined in areas such as the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Minerals mined in areas such as the DRC can and often do, provide revenue to violent organizations. While we are a privately held organization and not subject to the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), we feel it is our human obligation to ensure this does not happen. National Test Equipment takes all reasonable steps available to ensure that materials and suppliers we use are also in compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act.
