Description
The 16531A Digitizing Oscilloscope Card is a 2 channel, 400 MS/s scope card that captures 100 MHz bandwidth signals single-shot. Together with the 16530A Timebase Card (Sold separately) it forms a Digitizing Oscilloscope-on-a-Card used in Logic Analyzers.
