Description
The Agilent 85106C network analyzer subsystem provides a complete system for measurements in the millimeter-wave frequency range when combined with the appropriate Agilent 85104A-series test set modules and Agilent 11644A-series calibration kits. The subsystem includes the Agilent 8510C network analyzer, an Agilent 85105A millimeter-wave controller, an Agilent 83621A synthesized source, and an Agilent 8350B/83540A source (LO), all mounted in a single-bay rack with extendable worksurface. Two Agilent 85104A series test set modules are required to complete the system. The instruments are integrated prior to shipment from the factory. Installation is included at no additional charge. With these configurations, both forward and reverse measurements can be made with a single connection to the device-under-test. The greatest convenience and highest accuracy is assured through the TRL (through-reflect-line) calibration technique. The Agilent 85106C can be configured as a combination microwave/millimeter-wave S-parameter system with Option 001.
