The California Instruments 848TCM AC Power Controller Programmable Plug-In is a microprocessor controlled plug-in module which interfaces to the IEEE-488 GPIB. It provides Listener/Talker and Source/Acceptor handshake capabilities. A front panel keyboard is included for local control and programming. A digital display provides readout of frequency, amplitude or error messages. Besides a standard programming language, Abbreviated Plain English (APE), operating software options are available which allow programming in other high level languages.
