Description
Use the Agilent 1137A 1000:1 High Voltage Probe for measuring voltages up to 5 kV.

This probe is compatible with oscilloscopes and DMMs with 1 Mohm or 10 Mohm inputs.

Features:
  • 5 kV (dc or ac rms) maximum input voltage
  • 500 Mohm, 3pF (approximate) input impedance
  • 1 Mohm/10 Mohm select for scope input
  • 1 MHz bandwidth
  • 6 to 50 pF wide compensation range for scope input
