Description
The SPN is a compact and IEEE 488 controllable "Audio" Signal Generator for sine- and square wave signals between 1 Hz and 1,3 MHz. The frequency is displayed in 5 digits.
Resolution:
- - 1 Hz to 2 kHz: 0,1 Hz
- - 2 kHz to 20 kHz: 1 Hz
- - 20 kHz to 130 kHz: 10 Hz
- - 130 kHz to 1300 kHz: 100 Hz
- Output level (sine) 1 mV to 10 V (Ri = 600 Ohm and 50 Ohm) and 0,1 mV to 1 V (Ri = 5 Ohm).
