- ATM and physical layer analysis over multiple interfaces: DS1, E1, ATM-25, E3, DS3, OC-3c, STS-3c, and STM-1 (electrical and optical)
- Bit error rate (BER) testing for all interfaces
- Statistics for layer 1 events such as loss of signal (LOS) and frame synchronization
- Ability to transmit and receive up to six PVC or four SVC/PVC test-cell streams
- Quality of service (QoS) measurements as defined in the UNI ATM service standard
